Abstract

Placement of endoosseous implants in the atrophic maxilla is often restricted because of lack of supporting bone. In this article, experience with autogenous corticocancellous block bone grafts to enable insertion of endoosseous implant is
described. A
total of 15 fixtures in 2 patients was simultaneously inserted into the grafts, 11 implants have been placed and four have been removed. (74% implant survival).
With the review of literatures, the authors report the clinical study of two case of one-stage implantation with maxillary sinus lifting using the inlay iliac bone graft.
